Ye Olde Oak

Welcome to Ye Olde Oak, our private on-site pub – which we also think may be the smallest pub in the UK! Ye Olde Oak has been built by us and is just a short stroll from our accommodation facilities and our timber framing courses workshop.

After a busy day attending one of our traditional timber frame courses, you can sit back, relax and enjoy a well-earned drink with the Oakheath team and your fellow course attendees. We have a well-stocked bar with music and pub games, including darts and checkers, to enjoy.

We operate as a ‘charitable’ bar and ask that guests make a suggested donation for the drinks. All payment for drinks is donated to a charity on an annual basis, with donations often up to £300 each year. So, drink up – each drink goes towards a good cause!
